Section 49
Nepal Rastra Bank may issue orders or instructions
Nepal Rastra Bank may issue necessary orders or instructions to the fund from time to time with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of the fund keeping in mind the monetary situation of the country. It shall be the duty of the fund to comply with such orders or instructions.
